Figure of a Man
Drawing by Daniel, Anatomy Master Class student
This is really just an exercise in charcoal that is purposely left incomplete, that is without a full rendering of value. The idea is to represent three dimensional form of the male figure (Rear view) by only a partial implementation of value on the arm and left back and then to show the anatomical structures elsewhere using line only.
This is really my first attempt at a full figure and also using charcoal. I am using information obtained from the anatomy master class site, the drawing academy, and other sources.. This happens to be a copy of a drawing from a former student of the Repin Academy in St. Petersburg.
Warm Regards,
Dan S.
